Chocolate Oatmeal Pie

What’s not to love about chocolate?  You can also add a few chopped pecans to this easy pie.

Chocolate Oatmeal Pie

1 refrigerated pie crust

2 eggs, slightly beaten

2/3 cup sugar

2/3 cup melted butter

2/3 cup dark Karo syrup

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vinegar

2/3 cup uncooked oats

1/2 cup semi-sweet morsels

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together and pour into an unbaked pie shell.  Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
