Cajun may be stretching it a bit, but I had to name this dish something! And, I did promise to use andouille sausage again. Try this dish the next time you’re going to a potluck and it will be a big hit. If you can’t find andouille sausage, try using beef brats.
Cajun Baked Beans
2 cans pork & beans (16 oz)
2 andouille sausage links, sliced
2 tablespoons bacon bits
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a medium casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
